Two C5037 machine tools are equipped with a dual-arm gantry robot (80160 light-duty E series). The system uses a central material bin for loading, and finished workpieces can be unloaded via an output chute or conveyor belt. Alternatively, workpieces can be returned to the material bin to prevent damage and await manual retrieval. Manual loading and unloading time is approximately (8-10) seconds. Suitable for processing small-sized products weighing less than 1kg. Machine tool dimensions (including gantry robot): approximately (6.8m x 1.8m x 3.6m).
The control system uses a new bus-type absolute value robotic arm control system (expandable from 3-axis to 6-axis) with multiple control system options available. The robot's manual program is created via a powerful and user-friendly programming system, enabling quick and easy operation and rapid teach programming.
