Two C400K machine tools are equipped with a dual-arm M-series gantry robot (1:2 configuration). Workpieces are loaded via a central hopper and unloaded via an output chute or conveyor belt. A system is in place to prevent workpiece damage, allowing for their return to the hopper for manual retrieval. Manual loading and unloading time is approximately (10-12) seconds. Suitable for processing medium-sized products weighing less than 5kg. Machine tool dimensions (including gantry robot): approximately (6.8m x 1.8m x 3.6m).
The control system uses a new bus-type absolute value gantry robot control system (expandable from 3-axis to 6-axis) with multiple control system options available. The robot's manual program is created via a powerful and user-friendly programming system, offering superior performance and quick, easy operation, including rapid teach programming.
