Two C400K machine tools are equipped with a 1:3 external gantry robot (150200 heavy-duty Q series). Materials are loaded via a central hopper. Finished workpieces can be unloaded via an output chute or conveyor belt, or they can be returned to the hopper to prevent damage and await manual retrieval. Manual loading and unloading time is approximately (12-14) seconds. Suitable for processing products weighing less than 10kg and of large dimensions. Machine tool including gantry robot dimensions: approximately (10.3m x 2.0m x 3.6m).
The control system uses a new bus absolute value robot-specific control system (expandable from 3-axis to 6-axis) with multiple control systems available. The robot program is created via a programming system, offering powerful functionality, superior performance, and simple, fast operation, including quick teach programming.
