80160 medium Y-series one-to-one gantry robot

The C320KTT machine tool is equipped with a single-arm gantry robot (80160 medium Y-series). Loading is from the right-hand hopper. Finished workpieces can be unloaded via a discharge chute or conveyor belt, or they can be returned to their original position in the hopper to prevent damage and await manual retrieval. The robot's manual loading and unloading time is approximately (8-10) seconds. Suitable for processing high-precision and medium-sized products weighing 3kg or less.

80160 Light E Series - Tow Two Outer Truss Manipulator

Two C5037 machine tools are equipped with a 1:2 external gantry robot (80160 light E series). The intermediate hopper is used for loading, and finished workpieces can be unloaded via an output chute or conveyor belt. Workpieces can also be returned to their original position in the hopper to prevent damage and await manual retrieval. The manual loading and unloading time is approximately (8-10) seconds. Suitable for processing products weighing less than 1 kg and of small size.

Multi-layer, multi-pass welding robot

During welding, they can detect and compensate for the distance between the weld seam and the welding torch in real time. Using a high-filling strategy, they plan different weld beads, determining the welding coordinates and paths of each weld bead. Subsequent weld beads compensate for previous ones, achieving stable welding.
